The actress and Mexican businessman recently slashed the price of their eight-bedroom Beverly Hills pad from $22.8 to $18.9 million.
And they have already started shipping their belongings to their newly renovated home in Marbella, Spain.
'Eva and José are leaving Los Angeles for good and have put their home up for sale again,' a source told DailyMail.com exclusively.
'They took it off the market in June but recently relisted it for $4 million less in February because they are just ready to get out.'
The new price is still $5.4 million more than what they splashed out to purchase the 11,000 square-foot home in 2017.
'They are already shipping their belongings there and this is not something that they will change their mind on.
'They want to raise their son in a place where he will be surrounded by nature and beauty and not be sucked into the whole Hollywood cycle.'
The source added: 'They are moving to their home in Spain full time and are both so excited about it. She has had everything that she wanted in Hollywood.'
